Amer Moin Chohan is the founder and Chairman of Elanza Holdings. a well established construction company and a real estate firm called Land Marketing. Mr. Chohan aspires to reshape the real estate industry through his unique ways and vision. His journey began 7 years ago in 2016 when he established Land Marketing from Gulberg Residencia and then gradually proceeded towards the launch and development of various projects like Elanza Mall and Residency, The Arcadia and Elanza Creeks. Under Amer Moin's leadership, Land Marketing has managed to achieve impeccable milestones in a short span of time. It includes expanding the company to multiple cities like Islamabad, Lahore and Mandibahauddin. For diversifying globally, Mr Chohan has recently established an office in UAE at Dubai Business Bay. Amer Moin is the youngest recipient of developer of the year award which was awarded to him by the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi.
