• Monitoring and Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems traffic for suspicious behavior over all SINIORA international branches.• Conduct Awareness training and educating staff members on information security standards, policies and best practices.• Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information.• Managing security tools and appliances, such as Firewalls, Anti-Malware, Advance Malware protraction, EDR, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Security policy Management and other security devices over all SINIORA international branches.• Managing multiple Security solutions such as Cisco DUO, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco AMP.• Updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each network resource.• Performing vulnerability and penetration tests, identifying and defending against threats.• Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements. • Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.• Ensuring and coordination of ISO 27001 standard activities.• Ensuring ISMS documents are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect any changes in the department.• Ensuring that internal or external reviews/audits are conducted regularly for the ISMS and any required changes to improve the framework are implemented.

• Real Time Monitoring, Detection, Analysis & Response for security events.• Participate in incident handling efforts in response to a detected security incident.• Perform network/system/application/log intrusion detection analysis and trending.• Maintain/Update SOC Ticketing & Knowledge base systems.• Handle incident notifications and escalations as per SOC policies.• Maintain awareness of trends in security regulatory, technology, and operational requirements.• Awareness of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities and news.• Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.• Participate in the documentation organization and/or development of SOC procedures and training material.• Perform tuning of the SIEM filters and correlations to continuously improve monitoring.• Maintain standard operating procedures, processes and guidelines.• Support the organization in its efforts to detect and fix security vulnerabilities.
