•In association with the Distribution Merchandiser,in order to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained within agreed parameters. •Attend trade fairs and visit major fashion centers across the world (Paris , Spain , Italy ,Germany , India , China ,Turkey) •Be aware of other markets to identify potential opportunities or threats •Ensuring new stores have the best possible stock level available for allocation •Ensuring that Marketing and VM managers are always kept updated on brand news and developments •Establish and maintain a successful work culture. Co operate with sales staff to facilitate their product knowledge and know-how •In association with the merchandise planner, review the open-to-buy on a monthly basis •Maintaining awareness of fashion trends and opportunities in the market in order to capitalize on local trends and drive sales •Manage the design and implementation of best practice processes •Monitoring best and worst sellers. •Negotiating extra discounts on prices and obtaining support from brand for POS, marketing and new store openings. •Negotiating market competitive prices for products and ensuring positive margins for the company . . •Planning delivery dates with merchandise dept. to ensure on time deliveries. •Planning size curve, bottoms to tops etc... for each country in advance of buying trip. •Planning with merchandise department the required cash spend for each brand against budget. •Planning, selection and sourcing of all merchandise for the function department/categories with a view to achieving the sales and margin targets as agreed with the board of directors. •Regularly review and analyze sales performance , update sales forecasts and produce reports as appropriate . •Visiting stores to seek feedback from customers and staff.

•Providing excellent service to customers.•Inspiring and motivating sales stuff on a daily and monthly basis .•Managing the daily activities of the branch.•Focusing to get loyalty and customer’s satisfaction in order to increase sales and footfall .•Coaching and developing sales staff in order to devolop their sales skills and provide a good customer service .•Sharing the information and best practices with the Area Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and brands activities .
