• Handling key clients outsourced for payroll and recruitment.• END to END payroll procedures for the employees deputed to clients.• Prepare the salary structure for the selected candidates and generate the offer letters.• SPOC for about 600 deputes for all the HR related issues.• Conduct the induction program for the new hires.• Handling grievances of the deputes.• Ensure the processing of new hires, temp staff, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.• Preparing and maintaining the deputee information files, and providing the same for audit both internal and external.• Pay rolling process.• Generation of invoices and collecting the payments from the clients.• Coordination with the compliance executive to fulfill all the statutory requirements.• Handling the complete exit formalities.

• Recruitment procedures to be assigned to the team and validate the CV’s and send them to the client.• Turnkey Assignments and handling campus recruitments for Institutions across North Karnataka.• Generation of Gross Revenue reports monthly and also the placement trackers for the recruitments taken place in that month.• Manage the entire procedures for joining and offer letter generations for the deputees in the territory allocated i.e.. North Karnataka.• The territory allocated for my center are Bidar, Gulburga, Bijapur, Bellary, Hospet, Raichur, Gadag, Koppal, Hubli- Dharwar, Haveri, Davangere and Chitradurga.• Playing an active business development role in supporting and advising the BP on the feasibility of terms and mandates• Build & manage a team , Nurturance of local accounts• Co-ordinate with Regional Manager/ Regional CRD, to liaise with other Ma Foi locations & verticals • Being the conduit between Ma Foi and the Business Partner and ensuring quality compliance• Business development for selling Ma Foi services and getting sign ups from the key clients.• Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up your business and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business.• Investigate the economic conditions surrounding the small business activity such as industry trends and competition• Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals• Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
