These solutions include causally new talent pipelines, strategic plans that enable organizations to most effectively reach their goals, and talent analyses for potential economic development projects. My specific duties include:• Conducting research on high-demand labor markets • Supporting the development of statements of work for pipeline projects • Researching appropriate education partners• Providing support in the development of strategic solutions for clients• Creating and presenting high-quality content and deliverables for clients• Preparing materials for client meetings and workshops• Managing project timelines and execution • Creating solutions that address the needs of the broader community
