My primary responsibility is to ensure that the revenue, inventory, and DOH targets of the Espoo plant are met. I lead and develop the customer service and warehouse dispatch teams, which are responsible for order processing, inventory management for finished goods, outgoing shipments logistics, collaboration with third-party warehouses, coordination of hazardous material shipments, billing and export-related tasks.Monitoring changes in EU and international trade laws and regulations, export control, and knowledge and compliance with international trade laws are critical to Eaton, and as a result, I serve as the GTM coordinator for Eaton in the factory organization and in Finland sales.I am a member of the Eaton factory management team, and as such, I am involved in developing and managing the factory's operations. In my current role, I work closely with various departments of Eaton's global organization and Eaton's sales offices in EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions to ensure the achievement of targets and to develop Eaton's common processes and operations.Process improvement is a critical part of my work, and I am currently serving as the "CI for everyone" master and coordinating continuous improvement activities at Eaton Finland.

Finland

My responsibilities included implementing Finland sales and service business strategy and developing processes together with sales and service organization as well as Helsinki plant stakeholders. I contributed to developing quotation and order management process for PDCD, PQ and service product portfolio. I managed sales and service customer service teams. I was a key player for implementing Budapest service centre (BSC) services in Finland and I acted as functional team leader for mentioned team. Managing large scale project sales and 1ph UPS technical support was also one of the functions I oversaw during this time. I acted also as an admin user for OBIEE, Oracle ERP and C360 sales tool which implementation project I led.

Espoo, Finland

Sales of 1 phase and 3 phase (<120 kW) UPSs to Finland sales B2B customers were my prime responsibilities. Amongst the responsibilities were sales of service products to end users, order management, customer service representative tasks, stock and warehouse processes and management reporting.

Finland

I was responsible for creating quotations and sales negotiations for service products to end customers. I worked with service sales managers on key account request for quotations. I was a key contact point for the service customers in the context of technical problems or repairs requirement and recommended suitable solutions. Other tasks included order management, invoicing, service contract management and maintaining product and customer data in Oracle ERP. I was often acting as a service technicians coordinator.
