As General Counsel, I play a critical role in ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, manage legal risks effectively, protect intellectual property, and handle transportation and sale related legal matters in cross-border transactions. As General Counsel, I am also involved in other legal matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, employment law, and corporate governance.It is crucial for me to maintain open communication with company stakeholders, including executives, to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions and that legal risks are properly managed. Additionally, staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations is essential to my role.

Serving as an in-house lawyer in a leading company which is operating oil product and LNG terminals. Regularly handling LNG matters and counseling on development of the new LNG terminal projects in foreign markets and any related transactions (such as LNG terminal acquisition, regulatory matters, marine transportation, PPP)

Main activities and responsibilities 1) Preparation of companies' corporate documentation, i.e. minutes of general shareholders meetings, single shareholder decisions, board decisions, documents on share capital increase or decrease, incorporation documents, shareholders' agreements, etc.); 2) Counselling on individual solutions for companies reorganization; 3)Preparation of corporate and commercial agreements (share sale-purchase agreements, option agreements, lease agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, agreements on telecommunication services, etc.); 4)Preparation of feasibility studies on Public Private partnership (PPP) (among others - Project, construction, maintenance of National stadium in Vilnius; Social housing in Marijampole and Siauliai city; road A14 Vilnius-Utena; Road Via Baltica; reconstruction of street lighting in Vilnius city); 5)Preparation of various legal opinions/memorandums; 6) Preparation of employment agreements; 7) Preparing litigation documents; 8) Drafting other different legal documents;

Main activities and responsibilities: Drafting various informational documents for state institutions; suggesting amendments for legislation on trade with foreign countries (f.e. Azerbaijan); analyzing various complaints of Lithuanian businesses, which invest in foreign markets, on free trade restrictions; drafting diplomatic notes.
