I was representing the owner of the project, and my responsibilities included:• Applying stringent quality control procedures through inspecting executed works on-site and providing approvals• Managing technical problems between the consultant, contractor & subcontractors through progress meetings• Planning (using Primavera) and following up the project progress against the agreed-on project schedule and request for mitigation plans for any delays• Tracing & revising payments, variation orders, material & shop drawing submittals through following up logs• Supervising site progress & achievements of subcontractors including resources and manpower• Coordinating with Dar Al Handasah (Solidere – Infrastructure Representative) for project mechanical utilities• Coordinating with Socotec (Solider – Safety Representative) for project fire and smoke management systems
