With such a challenge on STR, but I still managed to increase the RGI and improve ranking from 5th position last year to 2nd 2017 year. •Although I was having a tough pre-opening assignment, I have still managed my time to recruit a junior team; train and develop them effectively so there would be a future potential candidate to either replace me or be moved within Accor with the other pre-opening projects expected. •I have also worked closely with Head Office and our sister properties in UAE, sharing on leads, cross selling. I and my Sales Executive have been awarded by Accor Head Office as MICE Rerouting Champions as we have had passed several leads of Strategic Accounts to the Global Sales Team.
