Many of my clients ask me what is it that makes me a "supermom"? The answer to that question is more than having 15 children. It is my ability to use all the obstacles in my life that have led to limiting beliefs, self doubt and self sabotage and reframe them to walk in my SUPER POWER! My first step to that was forgiving myself for what I could not CHANGE (which was my PAST) and taking baby steps to where I wanted to be. I realized that I could reframe what no longer served me and connect with others who could help me transform my mindset to what I needed to be a better version of me. I have struggled with feeling valuable in this world outside of my roles of wife, mother of 15 children, and community leader. For 13 years, I lived behind the mask of people pleasing and seeking validation from others. My successful upbringing of accolades and high achievement groomed me to be a follower and not a leader. I followed dress code, ways to communicate, others belief systems only to struggle when I had no blueprint for life as a stay home wife with 15 children. My whole identity and confidence was completely destroyed when I had my first child out of wedlock and was replaced with overworking myself to prove my value to others. It was after my 3rd hospitalization that I learned to forgive myself and to create my FRESH start coaching program that transformed my life from chaos to inner peace.This signature program has served me well to maintain a life depression free. FRESH is an acronym for the 5 pillars that have transformed my life. They are Fear as fuel, Reframe your past, Envision your success, Support group or tribe and Healing. These pillars have been a lifeline to get me from hopelessness to a life of vitality. My passion is now sharing my story to ignite my SUPER POWER of Vulnerability to inspire others to live beyond labels, limits and fear. My mission is to help decrease the number of suicides due to mental illness. Obstacles are common to everyone yet many struggle with navigating past them. I now work with professionals to navigate through the chaos of everyday overwhelm and transform it to clarity and confidence with a smile. I provide personal and group coaching with strategies to crush chaos and thrive in your daily routine. I also assist others with building their brand through TV.
