My journey with the trials of depression have given me a platform to share the importance of mental wellness with ambitious professionals. I am passionate about showing them how they can create strategies to overcome obstacles that could lead to the downward spiral of unfulfillment and a life of depression. I believe many struggles with our mindset are the result of not having the mindset tools needed to navigate through life's obstacles that are common to all of us.

I graduated as a Television Producer in April of 2021 after participating in the first incubator program for Television Producers with the Zondra TV Network. I am passionate about raising awareness about mental wellness and I am happy to extend another platform to my Brand to help reach those in the world who are suffering in silence with their emotion and mental health. After my own journey of 13 years of depression and 3 hospitalizations, I was able to break free from the victim mindset and transform it to one of Power where I was able to choose the life that I wanted and expand my belief system which impacted my behavior to support achieving the goals that I aspired to accomplish. I now take the lessons that I have learned on my journey to help ambitious professionals with systems and strategies to show up as their best selves while learning how to collaborate rather than compete. I am passionate about being proactive with our health so I spread that message in books, speaking events, podcast, media outlets and coaching.
