Amer since graduated from university working in a most prestigious and big companies starting with Jordan Kuwait Bank a part of Burgan Bank Group where he spent 4+ years in it, before decided to move to a Telecom sector operator i.e. Zain to work in BSS / OSS division for almost 8 years to leave Zain as a BSS Manager and accepting a new challenge in ITS which is well known and main player regional IT provider for Telecom operators as a head of the IT depart of Zain Bahrain and Zain Group with 50 resources (those are outsourced departments) before an acquisition performed to take over ITS telecom business by Huawei the giant telecom provider and number 1 service provider in the world with 110K+ employee over the world; in Huawei Worked as a Director of IT Services in Middle East Region. then toke a new challenge in Ericsson As MS COO for IT Global Business Unit and got promoted to a Head of Delivery Strategy and Automation for the MS IT Global business Unit of Ericsson.Those different experiences gave me a wide and various knowledge and experiences add on that my academic level where am holding a master degree in IT which has been added an extra knowledge to me.Specialties: - Leadership and Managment- BSS, OSS & Billing ( Billing, Rating, Roaming, Mediation & NRTRDE )- Team Building- Development
