• Produce Ontario Reign games & events• Produce LA Kings games when needed• Create Ontario Reign game scripts and rundowns using Shoflo to fulfill group requests and sponsorship contracts. Create Mascot, Stage Manager, and Ice Crew schedules for all events.• Oversee the HD Scoreboard Implementation at Toyota Arena, including the creation of the graphics package for Ontario Reign Games• Manage the communication process between the Ontario Reign organization and Toyota Arena Event Operations. Create a fact sheet with requests from the various Reign business departments, lead upcoming games meetings with Reign Staff and Toyota Arena Event Operations, and assist with additional/late requests. Communicate any production needs with Starway Productions to ensure proper staffing for games and events• Develop, schedule, and manage Event Staff (Part-time Stage Managers, Ice Crew, Host, backup PA, Audio Director) to maximize each individual’s talent and time. Train and develop new personnel to fulfill job duties. Train Coordinator to learn all areas of Game Presentation including scripting, scheduling, managing, producing, and budgeting.• Maintain the Game Operations Department Budget. Ensure all purchases, contract fulfillments, and employee hours remain under the budget line.

• Associate producer for games and prominent ceremonies working with high-profile talent and honorees• Manage the communication process between the Kings organization and Staples Center.
