🔸Manage the production plan (NPI + Risk + Volume) and global supply chain planning operations, forecasting methods and provide best SCM practices in a global environment with strengths in supply chain agility, mfg. process and cycle time optimization ensuring close alignment around Strategy and S&OP.🔸Provide internal consulting for cost analysis and other areas which include Order Fulfilment, Scheduling, VMI, Build Planning and Lead Time Management. 🔸Expertise in Sourcing, SC Analysis and Management, Strategy Development, Quality Control, E2E processes, Lean methods/DfSS, MRP/ERP Integrations.

🔸A very hands-on role, responsible for managing overall SC operations, strategy in order to maximize process efficiency, productivity and lead teams to maximize KPI’s, direct and co-ordinate global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization and profitability. 🔸Manage materials and supplies to meet the levels of product demand, monitor VMI levels and ensure rotation and maximize working capital. Work closely with Internal Stakeholders, S&OP, Suppliers, Vendors, Partners to foster collaboration and team-work to determine most cost-effective distribution solution and to constantly liaise to follow the standard procedures. 🔸Forecasts for production readiness, plan for strategies and identify vendors (Technology, Quality, Cost & LT), negotiate contracts and ensure SLA’s are in-line with company policies. Prepare production schedules and plan to minimize the cost-effectiveness and turn-around time.
