I have more than 30 years of experience in building and deploying telecom solutions for rural and underserved markets, with a passion for tribal sovereignty and empowerment.My core competencies include network design, VoIP, financial modeling, fund strategy, engineering, implementation, and telecom credentialing. I lead a team of experts who specialize in facilitating success in telecom, broadband, and technology for Native American tribes and their business entities.
