As a sales agent ,I'm ,firstly in charge of passenger's welcoming, comfort, safety and advice.So I can make ticket booking and reservation with Turkish Airlines or Other airlines, can change and reissue tickets as well.I can find suitable date and best price for tickets. Then as far as traffic and Operations are concerned, I have to follow,handle and make sure that all safety/security procedures are fully respected for a safe flights .These procedures include those of the local airport authorities and those of my company's as well. That means that with the management skill , I will supervise and manage the operation process from ticketing ,through the check-in to the boarding and ground Operations. All this for a safe and pleasant flight for our passengers and crew members. About computer science skills, I'm at ease with our airport and company's DCS ,with Word,Windows, Excel, PowerPoint...With my professionalism and integrity ,I'm respectful to the datas confidentiality of either my company or that of the other's.With pro activity and self confidence , I'm as well prepared to work in group and with pressure either negative or positive and I'm willing to learn new procedures and activities. With my English schooling, I'm capable of translating all documents from English to French and vice versa .But apart from the airport job ,I'm much more interested in local and social living and sport mainly football .
