Overseeing all maintenance and repair work as well as plant modification works carried out and completed on time Inspection of plants and machines regularly to identify problems requiring necessary maintenance.Delegating and coordinating daily maintenance activities as well as following up on all maintenance and repair works assignedTroubleshooting of faults on plants machinery within my supervision and maintaining all equipment inventory and ensuring update on all machine maintenance and modification logsPreparing weekly and monthly reports on maintenance activities, consumables and spares usageLeasing and supervising works carried out by external contractors within the factory premises.Ensuring compliance on all safety and health regulations in accordance with the company’s policy.

Operations & maintenance (Mechanical) of the following plants:Raw water and waste water treatment plants and its ancillaries Thermal plants (totalling 3200KVa)Air compressor plants and its ancillaries Material handling equipment Carrying out plant modification, plant installations projects, new equipment installation (Flow meters, pressure gauges and transducers, load cells, valve installations etc.), pipe fitting works and leak testing of newly fabricated product pipe lines. Responsible for the receiving, storing and use of fuel for running utility plants such as steam boiler and thermal plants, and also reconcile stock at the end of the monthEnsuring the smooth running of plants and making availability sufficient and quality supply of utilities such as steam, air, treated water, chilled water and power for production purpose
