• Directing and managing the finance and accounting team.- Ensuring proper system control.- Managing and implementing the procedure of financial forecasting and budgets- Preparing the consolidated monthly reports like Income & expenditure account, receipts and payments and monthly cash flows, Budget v/s Actual.- Having overall control on the society’s accounts and ensure that the system is completely integrated.- Handling audits and preparing balance sheet- Handing income tax notices with the help of consultant - Monitoring all monthly tax challans & quarterly TDS returns to be filed on time - Monitoring all monthly GST payments, 2A reconciliation, monthly / annually GST returns & audit.• Providing leadership in the departments of accounts, finance, Human Resources and Administration. Also ensuring that the works assigned in any of the above departments are done in proper and timely manner. Reviewing all formal finance, accounts, HR & Administration related procedures.• Establishing and maintaining relations with senior management and external parties• Part of strategies planning & risk management team.• Managing & Controlling all Inventories and Purchases
