I graduated with a master's in Mathematical Engineering. During the 2 years, I have rigorously studied multivariable calculus and linear algebra and systematic methods to tackle numerical issues that occur during computations. Since these 2 are the fundamentals of subjects like Scientific Computing, Optimization, Industrial Process Control, and Data Science and AI, I have studied these subjects through application and assignment-based courses. I have done my bachelor's thesis, a year of a paid research assistantship, and I am doing my master's thesis in the field of numerical simulation of partial differential equations or computational fluid dynamics. This work includes scientific software development in C++, application of plasma physics, wave physics and numerical mathematics, post-processing using software like Tecplot, Paraview and MATLAB, and report writing using Latex. I have also done various project and application-based courses in Industrial Process Control, Data Science and AI. During my bachelor's apart from academics, I was part of the university football team which was known for its extreme self-discipline which deeply influenced me to do the same. We were a self-trained,self-managed and united team that was able to overcome many obstacles. I also have an interest in yoga exercises, breathing, meditation, and philosophy. To pursue it, I did a basic teacher's training course in 2019 and I have been practising it since.

The goal of my master's thesis was to solve the Geomagnetic Environment Modelling (GEM) challenge, a benchmark in plasma physics. The aim was to verify a novel high-order finite element type numerical solver implemented in the open-source COOLFluiD simulation software. To solve the final challenge, which was highly complex, the solver needed to successfully solve two simpler but still challenging problems. One of these was a multi-fluid circularly polarized Alfvén wave, which I successfully simulated, obtaining highly accurate results using polynomials of order 1-9. I conducted an extensive convergence analysis with the aid of software like Tecplot, Paraview, and MATLAB. Additionally, I simulated a multi-fluid shock tube. When simulations failed, I debugged the software, and when parts of the code were missing, I developed the necessary code for the numerical solver. I worked with both triangular and quadrilateral meshes, each requiring different implementation approaches.
