As Head of this function, I'm responsible for conceptualizing and realizing a Technology platform to support the planned scale and quality at Tata STRIVE. - Planned and implemented solutions to support the student lifecycle at Tata STRIVE in short span of 3months. This ensured that all key processes, across the vocational education/skill development valuechain are digitized, hence governed better.- Conceptualized and implemented STRIDEA, an idea—hackathon, generating 150+ ideas across theorganization.- Conceptualized and implemented STRIVE Insights – our platform for information driven governanceas Tata STRIVE.  Mentored a team working to define business processes and IT roadmap for market entry of an international retail brand. Led an engagement to reviewed the business operating model of a large diversified business (predominantly retail) in Europe ($7Bn+) across its 17 different operating unit and various businesses. Led the team to define the IT Strategy and Roadmap for a large (top 3) bank in India Guided the team for defining IT Budgets for the bank  Guided IT Strategy for a book retailer in India; and selection of the IT vendor and IT product for the business  Reviewed the business operating model for a setting up a new business venture (significantly changing from current operations), and correspond IT Plans for a media and professional development organization Reviewed & recommended IT strategy & EA for a leading food retailer in Australia  Advised the largest fashion retailer in middle east on IT Strategy to be prepared for an IPO and business expansion. The proposed strategy was well received and subsequently implemented.  Defined the IT Strategy, roadmap and evaluated ERP systems for the largest hypermarket in Kenya. The business experiencing large growth, needed revamp of its enterprise systems.  Led the solution of a large outsourcing bid for a global auto manufacturer – defining the transformation roadmap, service delivery solution, engagement model and facilitated workshops to socialize the solution. This is a well revered large win for TCS.
