The role includes PA to Director, a huge range of varying administration tasks within a small team and general day to day duties within an office environment, Over the time with Ace I have developed various processes to to allow a team working environment. Maintaining compliance paperwork and assisting the workshop also, this is an extremely varied role including Invoicing and payroll.

Over the last 4 years, working on varying projects and administration tasks for a wide range of businesses. Mainly assisting the SME clients. Projects have been from Customer services to setting up businesses and full sets of processes to comply with varying bodies to general every day administration tasks. While working as a Business Development Consultant I dealt with an array of businesses. I worked alongside a team of administrators inputting data on an internal system in a timely manner and accurately. Typical duties included data inputting, composition of letters, organising assessments and liaising with clients. I learnt how to create, manage and update databases and create filing systems that were more efficient. Also I increased my problem solving skills and time management when under pressure with situation I was put into.
