Responsible for ensuring contract compliance and protection of the company’s contractual rights under contract and at law. Provides contract review services to the Pursuit Team in coordination with Legal. Leads risk analysis of the contract and assure that commercial risks are clearly identified, allocated in accordance with company policy, and mitigated. Plans, coordinates and manages Execution Phase contract management activities, to include management of contract changes and contract claims, and all other commercial issues. Reviews all project subcontract documents to assure that contract terms have been fully incorporated in the subcontracts. At project completion, closes-out all commercial aspects of the project. Supervises the projects personnel mobilization work process. Monitors project cost and schedule, cash flow, accounts receivables, and related financial items, and provides advice and recommendations to the project leadership team to improve project financial performance. Experience in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries.

Worked as Senior Contracts’ Management Officer in Arzew, Algeria for two technical assistance contracts with Sonatrach, Algeria for providing PMC services for revamp of 4 LNG Plants. Participated in negotiating and finalizing eight contract amendments and a new engineering contract with the client. Was responsible for field billing, accounts receivable, payroll, tax calculations, banking, annual cash expense budget and monthly financial reporting to corporate management and Indian EXIM bank.
