• Adhere to the Company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.• Assist site management by actively participating in the company’s safety programs, including behavioral audits, JSA’s, SOP’s, near miss reporting, safe work, hazard identification and risk assessment, practices and environmental policies and procedures.• Actively participating in the Maintenance budget and forecast preparation and ensure that daily and monthly costs are on track and in line with approved budget to meet the production target.• Manage the planification and scheduling based on high standards preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies and tooling’s :condition monitoring, oil sampling analysis fleet digitalization etc. of all the Caterpillar excavator 330, dump truck 777, dozer D8R,D10T2, loader 980H & Komatsu (shovel PC1250 , PC2000 & 3000,dump truck HD785, dozer D275A & D375 A, grader GD825, wheel loader WA900,WA500.• Lead the HME Maintenance Planning section, establish systems and procedures to ensure sustainable safe and reliable equipment.• Planning of Preventive Maintenance (PM) ,backlogs, reliability strategies setup of all heavy mining equipment fleet on hand and Accomplish with the KPIs (Availability, MTBS and MTTR) goals proposed by the maintenance management using CMMS ERP system.

Responsabilty & Achivements :• Administrer and manage preventive maintenance plans for the ancillary, light vehicle fleet and drills.• Maintain accurate work history using the Computerised Maintenance Management System.• Manage the maintenance database with regard to equipment modifications, planning, reporting, and downtime analysis . • Actively Participate in root cause analysis activities.• Supervise ancillary workshop personnel, including delegation daily tasks to the mechanics,electricians, boilermakers. • Strive to ensure that all relevant jobs were carried out safely in accordance with the company policies. • Managing the store in absence of the senior storeman, including management of inventory and stock levels• Liaise with parts coordinator to ensure that materials are available for planned tasks. • Identification spare parts, including communication with vendors and purchasing department.• Manage hard and electronic maintenance data, including service records, work orders and parts/ purchase requests• Generated and managed maintenance plans for various site assets, including coordination of resources availability and pre/post plan review meetings.
