I am a multi-certified fitness trainer with a degree in exercise science who specializes in private personal training and group instruction, as well as nutrition coaching services. I ran my own studio space from December 2019 to October 2023 before taking my services remote and offering fitness & nutrition programming online with a 9,000+ following on social media. My nutrition services are specialized in metabolic health, macro-tracking & reverse dieting. I run an app called The Fit Foodie which offers premier workout programming as well as a library of healthy recipes & groceries, available on both iOS & Google Play. I also provide in-home personal training services to local clientele with equipment brought directly to them.
