Founded the consulting firm Ana Maria Flaqué with the objective of helping women entrepreneurs launch their brand online. Providing catered services such as web design, brand design, email marketing, sales funnels and CRM. As an agent of change, I want to be able to help women, as a result the team members are all women in different parts of Latin America.

Co-Founded the first and only school in Central America that is certified by the Costa Rican government to give a Technical Degree in Dog Grooming. As an agent of change I want to give career opportunities to Costa Rican, so a scholarship program was created for low-income students as well as an Entrepreneur program where we grant benefits to the most.

Integrated the team that created EasyGroom, I was in charge of the creating the brand. As a family owned company, I worked alongside government office of Procomer as part of their Entrepreneur and Small Business program. Designed 15 marketing strategies that were implemented with the sales force, allowing the introduction of new products in the market.

Alajuela, Costa Rica

• Manage the corporate social responsibility program for the brand Animal Planet in Costa Rica.
• Developed a marketing to plan with help of the sale team to introduce the brand in the national market.
• Implemented a social responsibility program where a 5% of all the monthly sales where donated to a dog rescue foundation.
