 Plant commissioning Start up/ shutdown Emergency shutdown Prepare work instructions Gas filtration - Gas dehydration-Mercury removal- Cold box (heat exchanger)- Turboexpander –NGL Absorption – distillation- fractionantion - Gas compression - NGL storage and shipping (firewater, potable water, sewage, oily-water, diesel, gas turbine electric power generation, methanol injection operations  Satisfying production plans – achieving plant start up, shut down and process trouble shooting  Preparing technical studies for new sub-projects in existing facilities. Accomplish Area Authority roles and responasbilities for the live site work done by manitenance and PMT contractors.  Reponsible for training of new engineers and technicians.

 Gas Processing and Liquefaction Projects, Project Management, Planning and following up. Establishing new Midstream gas companies (NGL/ LNG/ CNG) gas companies and management of mega projects. Technical subcommittee member in PMT of the new company. Accomplishing work committee requirements; site selection commitees, technical projects commitees, vendor selection and assessment commitees, etc.  Business Development Management of pipeline gas network projects all over egypt, including domestic and export pipelines - (GRP and steel pipes).

Trainer for the HYSYS - Process Simulation Software for engineers and Undergraduate Students.

 Research and Development- including thermodynamic analysis- for producing Specialty Chemicals.  Optimizing two processes for production of metal carboxylates with two different processes and final selection of optimum process from economic and technological point of view. Lab experiments and analysis for the results to adjust experimental procedure till getting the required results.
