With over seven years of experience as a Reader in Project and Programme Management at Kent Business School, I am passionate about teaching, supervising, and mentoring students and staff in this field. I hold a PhD in Project and Programme Management from Cranfield University, where I was awarded the best thesis in 2016. I have also published several papers in prestigious journals and books, and received multiple awards for my academic excellence.As an accredited trainer from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Axelos/PeopleCert, I have over four years of experience as the Director of Finance at PMI, where I oversee the financial planning and reporting of the organization and its chapters. Additionally, I am a Visiting Lecturer at University of Chester and Aberdeen, where I teach the Management of Risk module for the Executive MSc in Project and Programme Management. My mission is to transfer theory into practice and vice versa, and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in this domain. I have expertise in project management office (PMO), project management training, project portfolio management, benefits management, and risk management.
