My role includes many functions in e-Commerce, including, e-Commerce Project Management, e-Commerce Strategy Planning, Team Management, and e-Commerce Business Analysis,

I am currently responsible for the Presales Technical Consulting activities and tasks within Saudi Arabia

- Closely work with Sales and Account Management team to achieve company annual quota from Development Solutions and Projects in KSA.- Closely work with the Sales and Account Management team to plan, forecast, and develop company business opportunities and solutions. In addition, qualify new leads and prospects.- Develop presentations, case studies, and write-ups that assist the Sales and Marketing team.- Educate and present to clients Solutions and Technologies, illustrating how they could benefit the most from them with visible ROI.- Understand clients’ requirements and generate RFP, Scope of Work documents, Vision Documents, and Presentations.- Generate Proposals in response to Bids and RFPs issued by the client which involves the following activities:o Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team on our approach from a business and sales perspective concerning the Bid or RFP.o Define the Scope of Work of the proposed solution along with the technical assumptions, terms and conditionso Architect the Conceptual and Logical Architecture of the proposed solutiono Describe the technical and business specifications of the solution and how they comply with the Bids and RFPs requirements.o Collaborate with various teams such as, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, and Project Management for their participation within the proposal.- Present to the client in different levels (Technical, Business, and Management) the proposed solution and its expected value to their business.- Conduct Business Development activities and Brainstorming Workshops to generate new ideas and business needs for future phases after completion of project.- Participate in events and exhibitions for presenting my company’s business and technical capabilities.

- Educate and present to the clients new IT Products and Technologies, illustrating how they could benefit the most from solutions built by them.- Understand clients requirements and generate RFP, Scope of Work documents, Vision Documents, and Presentations.- Generate proposals that comply with requirements of RFP- Train clients from business side on the products proposed in solution after completion of project.- Participate in events and exhibitions such as Gitex and Comdex for presenting my company’s business and technical capabilities

- Educate and present to the clients the Products I was responsible of, illustrating how they could benefit the most from solutions built by them.- Pre-sell the products through presentations, live demos, and write-ups- Consult, advice, and support about technical issues concerning the products.- System Analyze the requirements and generate a proposed solution- Project Management of the proposed solution- Develop and implement proposed solution

- Develop and implement Web Applications and systems- Develop and implement Databases driven systems

- Conduct Training Courses for MS Products
