My company, Tisona Real Estate Services,LLC specializes in Commercial Real Estate, predominately in Healthcare Properties. My commercial real estate career began at a land syndication company where I was a researcher and developed databases for market analysis. The systems lead me to a role where I was responsible for a team of researchers and software developers to provide real estate information to the brokerage and investment community. This company was eventually acquired by the CoStar Group, where I was employed as a VP and many of the analytics we developed are still a part of the product. I then became involved in management at Colliers International, developing and implementing strategies to grow and support the brokerage team in Houston. Using my technology skills and experience I went on to consult with several brokerage firms to implement new technologies, build teams and develop best practices including CBRE, NAI, Stan Johnson Co, HPI Real Estate and several others. I consulted with many REThink CRM (Salesforce) clients on migrations and customizations of their systems to achieve their desired results. It was subsequent to this that I decided to become focused on transactions and launched my brokerage practice at Longevity Realty Partners with some former colleagues from Colliers. Out of demand for additional services from my clients I decided to expand my product offering beyond brokerage and formed Tisona Real Estate, LLC. We currently have 12 employees and offer brokerage services, property marketing, property management, project management and facilities services. In 2017, I became a Certified Property Manager (CPM), through the Institute of Real Estate Management and in 2018 I obtained my certification as a CCIM. This is an exciting time for me professionally because I am able to utilize all the skills that are the culmination of more than two decades of focused efforts in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
