I have been working in corporate finance advisory services for 12 years (Andersen, Studio Massari, Banca Esperia / Mediobanca, Deloitte, Nomura). My key areas of experience are company valuation in M&A, appraisals for accounting & litigation purposes; financial modeling in project financing and mid-caps sell-side M&A advisory.I have been working as an Instructor at Università Bocconi and SDA Bocconi for 9 years, teaching Corporate Valuation, Corporate Finance and Financial Modeling, and at Politecnico di Milano, teaching Project Finance.I have two Master of Science degrees, one in Finance from HEC Paris and one in Accounting & Corporate Finance at Bocconi, the latter completed Cum Laude with a Master's Thesis published on a valuation journal.
