Allie is a toxicologist with an interdisciplinary background in risk assessment, water quality, product stewardship, and environmental and ecotoxicology. In her professional career, she has been involved with projects concerning development of ecological risk assessment criteria for PFAS substances, environmental causal and impact analyses, evaluation of new and existing consumer products and product stewardship program development, and regulatory compliance. She uses her broad knowledge of biology, ecology, toxicology, and human health to assess risk and injury, support regulatory compliance, evaluate sustainability objectives, and support decision making.Allie holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Biochemistry, minor in Sustainability from Florida Institute of Technology. Her undergraduate research focused on developing methodology for small particle tracking for use in investigating quorum sensing behavior in unicellular algae.
