The alignment is a novel initiative in Risk Management in Latin America, which gives risk-based alerts to management, to help control potential deviations from objectives.• Helped Ecopetrol, 10 subsidiaries, and some of Ecopetrol’s salient investment projects, as a consultant, in structuring and implementing ERM at a higher level of maturity.
