As VP of Law and Public Policy, I was responsible for all legal matters, including corporate law, governance, fundraising, intellectual property protection, regulatory engagement, and public policy initiatives. Our licensing and commercialization efforts of US Navy sensing technology was awarded the 2017 Excellence in Technology Transfer Award by the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer.
