I'm a software engineer that gets people. Deep technical know-how combined with communications expertise. I've been coding since the age of 14 when I taught myself Java from a 600 page textbook and hold a 1st class degree in pure Mathematics. I was the CTO and Co-Founder of an ed-tech start-up aiming to democratise access to affordable and high quality teaching. I'm proficient in a variety of technologies including but not limited to ReactJS, Javascript / Typescript, Blockchain/Solana and HTML/CSS. I'm at my best when I'm rapidly iterating on an early/mid stage start-up where speed is key. I've also spent years honing my communication skills at various debating competitions, including being invited to the world championships (and ranking top 50). I've also coached tech companies internationally (including Deloitte, Alphabet/Google, Klarx and SmartSteel GmbH) and continue to run workshops in the UK and Germany. I started out my career as a management consultant at McKinsey.
