IT Projects Managed:• Enterprise Resources Planning: Managing the implementation of Epicor Vantage ERP system. The modules that are being implemented include the following: Quotation Mgmt, Sales Mgmt, Master Production Scheduling MPS, Forecast Mgmt, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Production Management, Purchasing Management, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Product Engineering, and Quality Management.• Human Resource Management System: Managing the implementation of Nas.Net application developed by HITS Company. Modules being implemented are: Employee Profile, Employee Payroll, Benefits, Misconduct List, Change of Status, and Training module.• Network Upgrade: Designing and managing the implementation of a network upgrade project for the 5 plants of Jeddah Cable Company including the upgrade of the Core Fiber Network.• Data Center Establishment: Designing and managing the implementation of a completely new Data Center that is highly dynamic and secured.• IP Telephony: Designing and managing the implementation of Alcatel IP telephony system for Jeddah Cable Company that consists of 5 distributed plants.• Unified Communications: Designing and managing the implementation of Alcatel unified communications system for Jeddah Cable Company.• Internet: Designing and implementing a Wireless connection to the ISP to provide internet to Jeddah Cable Company and to connect JCC to another Sister company in Egypt through Citrix system.• Video Conferencing: Designing and managing the implementation of a Video Conferencing system to connect Jeddah, Cairo, and Finland.• Development of Information Security Program.
