Current· Implement sexuality and reproductive health education programs that are medically accurate, culturally responsive and age appropriate for a variety of audiences.· Provide leadership and expansion of grant-funded education programming.· Installed system to track onboarding and training in compliance with internal and Federation standards, including triannual accreditation. . Provide oversight and administration of affiliate onboarding and training program. During each new medical center hire’s first 90 days, facilitate 19 total hours of training, both online and in person. Coordinated with other department leaders to create a 9 days of centralized training.. Initiation of the Patient Navigation program· Recruit, hire, train and supervise educators and trainers.· Develop networks of community organizations, attend community partner meetings and expand market for educational engagements. Maintain good working relationship with community organizations.· Provide professional trainings for schools and organizations.· Project management
