Andy began his career and held numerous Sales management and sales training & development roles at Procter & Gamble before spending the next 20+ years as a Partner at The Partnering Group, a global management consulting firm. In addition to playing a key role in several industry best practices and authoring training programs in sales, category management and retail marketing strategy, Andy worked with many of the world’s largest consumer brands to develop and implement strategic, multi/omni-channel business plans. In 2013, Andy joined All Packaging Company, a leader in the USA paperboard packaging business, as an equity partner and with functional responsibility for Sales & Marketing. All Packaging Company was acquired by Mill Rock Packaging in 2020, where Andy last served as Chief Marketing Officer. While at All Packaging/Mill Rock Packaging, Andy delivered revenue growth of more than 300%, drove new product development, and obtained more than two dozen patents and trademarks in the USA, EU and other large consumer markets/countries.
