A related and notable effort was delivering a platform solution for FEP (the Federal Employee Program) where unique processing needs led us to select and integrate a new platform to support this critical contract supporting ~200K lives.

Managed multiple teams and a cross-functional project team on point to deliver Banfield's most mission critical project; the release of a proprietary point of sale system application and a network, server, and desktop hardware refresh (~7800 nodes) across 600 hospitals based in the US, UK, and Mexico. The project had previously failed to deliver. I came in as a lead architect and was immediately promoted to lead the teams and oversee the project. I helped to build an incredible team of very smart, very agile people and we delivered the project on time and on budget.
