Currently working towards animal products, without the animals. I am enthusiastic about innovation and advocacy for alternative proteins and cellular agriculture. As a co-founder and initiator of The Alt Protein Project at EIT Food, I spearheaded an international student organisation committed to advancing alt protein education and research at EIT Food partner universities. Additionally, I co-founded Agricultura Celular España, a non-profit organisation aiming to foster the growth and development of the cellular agriculture ecosystem in Spain.My academic background includes a BS in Animal and Agricultural Sciences, an MS in Food Systems, and I am currently pursuing my second MS in Biophysics. This multidisciplinary knowledge empowers me to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of biology, technology, and food systems. I have experience in both food quality and bioinformatics research.Having lived in five different countries, I appreciate the diverse cultural landscapes that enrich our global community.
