Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position.2. Screens and interviews applicants.3. Candidate engagement post offer and post on boarding.4. Understanding the stakeholder's requirement, processing the requirement within a stipulated period. Sourcing candidates through various job sites, portals (Naukri), job posting, Mass Mailing, utilizing the potential of networking site, linkedin.com & from internal database for the given requirements.5. Screen the candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation and basic qualification.6. Following up the candidates until they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding, document compilation for selected candidate Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.7. Responsible to collate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of complete interview process along with pipelines data, joiner’s data.8. CTC and role negotiation with candidates and stakeholders.
