From 2021 until its untimely demise in May, 2023, I provided freelance copywriting services for Scribe Media, where I was honored to work with some of the most talented writers and creative managers on the planet.I am the writer and editor of several books for famous equine industry professionals such as Clinton Anderson, Geoff Teall, and Dr. Joseph Warson. I'm also the writer and editor of official trainer certification materials for major equine organizations including the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA) and the United States Polo Association (USPA). I'm an award-winning scriptwriter; my screenplays have received recognition in the Cinequest Screenwriting Competition, the Great Lakes International Screenplay Competition, the Austin Heart of Film Screenwriting Competition, and others. "Valentimes Day," a short film written for the SONY 4K Challenge as part of the 2013 Napa Valley Film Festival, was a featured selection in the 2014 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival. My one-act stage play "The Interview" won both the Grand Prize and the Audience Choice Award at the Out of the Box Playwriting Competition in 2012. I conduct writing workshops and enjoy speaking, training, and coaching other writers to be bold with their words and to approach the blank page without fear. As Managing Editor, I work closely with Joyverse CEO and CIO, coordinating all writers and assignments for existing apps while preparing new content for apps in development.Since 2021, I have also served as voice talent, recording all of Joyverse's devotional content to audio files.
