-Aided with the organization and coordination of setting up the hotel with all of the necessary operations’ materials, as well as the hiring, training, and onboarding of team members-Inspected guest rooms and other amenities of the hotel, problem solved and assisted with special projects in order for the hotel to get ready to welcome guests on opening day.-Currently assisting the F&B directors and managers with the restaurant in the hotel, as well as the coffee shop and pool bar.-Day-to-day consists of helping keep the flow of the restaurants, while maintaining a relationship with servers, bartenders, baristas, bussers, and food runners with the guests. As well as provide assistance with scheduling and meetings with the F&B managers.-Occasionally am able to assist with events hosted within the restaurant and provide any aid for all clients.
