Job roles mainly include Accounting, budgeting and reporting, maintaining cash flows, receivables management, store handling, petty cash handling, bank payments, taxation, procurement, employees salary preparation and processing, handling registration and renewals of the Company's legal documents, Employees Visa and Passport, and Company Vehicles, communicating with banks and maintaining good relationships, and other administrative tasks. Also responsible for preparing purchase orders and seeing through the materials delivery by coordinating with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure the materials are received on a timely basis. Additionally, recording Purchase invoices, noting down serial numbers, warranty dates of the items purchased, in case of damage and replacement. Preparation of Delivery orders and Tax Invoices to ensure the materials coming in, are delivered to the customer so that there is no disruption in the execution at site. Maintaining weekly reporting structure to the management of the Pending Sales and Purchase orders along ageing receivables and payables and carrying out regular follow up where required. Carrying out preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
