15 years experience with the business, with the last 11 years being spent as a Team Leader in various departments as well as a seconded Operations Manager role for 18 months. I’ve recently embarked on a brand new role as early life manager across all inbound sales areas working to improving our attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes. Working in a variety of departments has allowed me to develop skills in working in sales as well as customer services in high profile client campaigns.I am used to working with my team and my peers within my department but also work collaboratively with other departments and support functions across the business.I have supported the business move through a period of change including moving to an Insurance Regulated business as well as changes to our key performance indicators and bringing new clients on board.I am passionate about our people and our customers, by working together to create a highly engaged workforce to deliver high performing results.
