Nearly every person in the company interacts with the intranet daily in some way: Retail staff use the intranet to check stock information, customer sales history, purchasing information, and review their sales performance; Middle management uses the intranet to receive reports from their staff, manage staff scheduling, and issue sales contracts to be digitally signed; Accounting use the intranet to review sales and purchasing information, to communicate with staff, and keep track of repetitive tasks; Owners can view detailed sales information and monitor the sales and profit-margins of their stores. These examples are only a small sample of the variety of tools that the intranet provides. The intranet servers up to 7,000 page views to at least 90 employees every day. Average time spent in the intranet per employee per day is 100 minutes, coming out to a collective 135+ hours of usage per day.

Managed the switch over from Microsoft RMS to NCR CounterPoint for our retail management system, and created all training videos to prepare staff. Planned, managed the installation of, and monitored security camera systems at all locations.
