As the Recruiting Manager at AAR, a global leader in aviation services, I oversee the recruitment for the Aviation Supply Chain and Corporate divisions, covering a wide range of positions nationwide. I am driven by the mission of delivering excellence to our customers, partners, and employees, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with various industries, sectors, and populations in the past.In my current role, I am responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, from strategic sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
