I hold certifications as a PPA Practitioner from Thomas International, TTI Assessment Certified by TTI Success Insights, a PI Practitioner Certified by McKinsey USA, an International Coaching Certification as a Personal & Executive Coach from ICI (ICF accredited), and Certified Change Management Practitioner by Prosci®. I have been recognized in Brazil as one of the Most Admired HRs in 2023 and 2024.
