Blowmould Technician
CurrentSpecialist in operation and maintenance of blower machine(SIPA), troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical faults, rectify alarms on the blowing machine, carry out replacement and fine-tuning of required machine parts, carry out lubrication on the moving part of the blower machine judiciously and as scheduled, carry out maintenance and partake in overhauling activities as at when due, minimize the down time and ensure no breakdown during production.Specific activities include, machine timing, creating parameters for new SKUs, replacement of faulty parts(lamps/fuses, bearings, spindles, stretch rods, pneumatic plugs, reed switches, ruptured water hoses etc). Work on blowing station compensation, valve block, canullas and cooling lines are also part of the various tasks.
