In 2011 a long love of craftsmanship and advising has once again brought me to selling men’s shoes in the shoe store I used to work at during the final stages of my study. For 1-2 days a week - mostly on weekends - I advise men on the best fitting shoes for every occasion.

My newly developed AlignmentAssessor tool measures the strategy supportive behaviour of employees (strategic employee alignment). It shows the effects that communicating with, motivating and enabling of employees have on their support for the organisation’s strategy and the strategic performance they deliver. Apart from measuring alignment I also help organisations implement the outcomes of the research (internal focus) and consult organisations in matters of reputation management (external focus).
