I over seen a crew of 5 to 10 or more depending on the location, on a daily basis. Leading the crew with the most positive atmosphere, making work fun for everyone, yet getting all tasks done!I maintain the orders coming in to the location by checking in each vendor.I kept counts on the merchandise of the location, so that the stores orders are properly maintained, so there were no out of stocks.I maintained payroll for all said employees.I handled all expenses with invoices, banking, and organization of said store.We clean every day, and I over see the maintenance of all the equipment.I made sure product was in code, not out date.I cooked the breakfast, lunch, maintained times and temperatures for all foods.I handle all customer service issues good, bad or indifferent, aswel as customer surveys promptly.I make it a point to encourage my crew to upsell items, work towards something.I will give my employees an incentive, to hit a goal that we set for the end of the month (gift card). Not only does it help increase sales but it gives them more motivation.I have the skills to merchandise anything.I can work with anyone.I have great people skills.I love to smile with people when there smiling!
