Having worked within the public and private education sector, for over 15yrs, I pride myself on my exceptional results working with various client groups. I have a strong drive for supporting young people into employment, training or enabling the achievement of individual goals. I am a passionate, focused and confident person always raising to a difficult challenge. I have an extensive portfolio of work history inclusive of; Programme Manager, Business Development/Recruitment,Tutor, Assessor, Support Worker within various settings ranging from schools, community outreach to welfare to work. I believe my creative and alternative outlook to tasks have allowed me to create a colourful and multi skilled CV. In addition I have established a positive reputation within my sector in relation to my results particularly in regards to setting up new projects/curriculum development. I have a wealth of experience in areas such as; Alternative education, Mainstream education, Apprenticeships, Foundation Studies, Traineeships, Welfare to Work, ESOL alongside development of course materials for assessment.
